At Betty Mills, your orders always arrive FAST and secure. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 Noon EST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days or less (Some exceptions may apply).
Note: Special order items typically take longer than items stocked at our warehouse locations and delivery may take longer for delivery.
Betty Mills ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Generally, we do not ship to international locations or P.O. Boxes.
We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, USPS, or LTL Freight when necessary.
For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Contact Betty Mills directly for any special delivery instructions. Alternatively, the consumer is responsible to provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION
All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to being picked or shipped. Depending on the circumstances cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee or any additional associated fees.
